GPME Pre Medical Examination app for iPhone and iPad

This GPME app is designed for facilitating pre-policy medical examination for the customer of Insurance Company. Pre-policy medical examination refers to the medical examination requested by insurer before providing coverage to a person. A recorded Video interview with the proposer to gather risk related Personal information & Medical History directly from the applicant. It is based on the FMR Questionnaire provided by Insurance Company. You will be required to answer questions regarding your medical history. These will include history of hospitalizations, types of medicines you need to use on a regular basis, medical procedures you have undergone during your lifetime, and about existing conditions. You may also be required to reveal your family’s medical history and information about the doctor or the medical facility you generally visit when required. Additionally, your lifestyle habits such as smoking, alcohol or drug use and physical activity will also be inquired about. Also, if you have a history of anxiety, depression, or other mental conditions, you will be required to explain the same in details.This is to minimise their risk in covering a person. This is required only for applicants over a specific age.
